Do you charge a call-out fee?
We attend and give free quotes within our core service area during working hours. Evenings and weekends have an after-hours fee, which we'll tell you when you book.
Can you help if I have no hot water right now?
Yes. No hot water is urgent, so we prioritise it and get to you as soon as we can.
